Daintee X-tra 40 +

The X-Tra 40+ programmes were the first ever reality TV shows in Sri Lanka to give citizens over 40 to showcase their singing talents. In 2008/9 competition, over 14,000 contests from all across Sri Lanka applied and 48 were selected to display their talents on TV. In the Grand Final, winners were chosen by the public and by a panel of judges, with prizes given by Daintee Ltd which was celebrating its 25th anniversary that year.
